Thanks for the reply, I ordered 4x500 word grade B articles a week ago but didn't receive any confirmation.
I then posted on this thread and it turns out it was just a misunderstanding. He messaged me and said it will be ready in 24 hours. It's been a couple of days now and I haven't heard anything or received reply to my pm. I'm just worried because I've found services that offered excellent articles before (this is not the first time I'm ordering from songer, I loved my first batch of articles), and the TAT was only good as a first time customer (another service on this thread I'm not going to mention, but TAT for first order was 1 day, second was about 2 weeks with hardly any response to pm and some plagiarized content *note* I'm not talking about this service!).
I just hope this is not how it's going to be, cuz like I mentioned, I really do like this service and would love to be a long time customer.
I'm an understanding person and if the article is going to take longer than expected, that's perfectly fine. But I would prefer to know if it's going to take longer instead of worrying if I'm going to receive it this week or next, just so I can plan what to do in the meanwhile instead of having my site sit for a week with no content. Hope that makes sense.
I do understand it's a new service and the workload was probably heavier than expected. That's fully understandable and I can deal with this. I've just been taught by my mentors that it's better to under-promise and over deliver, than to over-promise and under deliver. Communication is extremely important for a service to thrive, it shows the customers that their time is valuable and matters.
