I ordered Package 1 which called for 20 interlinking web 2.0 properties, some scrapebox blasts and some secret sauce. The report I received from this service was an XLS file containing the 20 properties used. I don't know how many different web 2.0 sites are used for the other packages, but for the basic package the 20 properties were created across 2 web 2.0 sites. Property 1 was on weebly which linked to a tumblr Property which linked to a different weebly property and then back to a tumblr property, etc... until you get 20 properties. I was expecting more web 2.0 sites to be used instead of just the two.
Each property had a couple of images, a YouTube video embedded, and a spun article. The images used where mostly random but still somewhat related to my niche. The video used was taken from YouTube and was related to my niche, however only 1 video was used throughout all 20 properties. The articles on each property are not the greatest. They were clearly spun and not very unique across all 20 properties. My keyword was preserved across each article.
I thought a unique article would have been written for this project and then spun across each property. If a unique article was written exclusively for this service then I couldn't find it on any of the 20 web 2.0's created for me. I would have thought one of them would of had the original source. My guess is a random related article was used and then spun 20 times while preserving the keywords.
Pros
1) You get plenty of web 2.0's
Neutrals
1) Not sure what the "secret sauce"
2) Not sure if scrapebox blasts were performed without a report or checking the backlinks to the web 2.0 properties.
3) Just received reports; too early to tell if this service is effective Post-Penguin.
Cons
1) Articles are fairly poor and too unique across the 20 properties.
2) Only two web 2.0 sites used for 20 properties.
Final Thoughts:
None of my properties have been indexed yet at the time of this report. That's probably because all 10 of the tumblr properties were ALL posted within 10 hours of receiving my order completion report. If the scrapebox blasts were performed, they would have to of been done within these last 10 hours.
I would feel much better if 1) unique articles were used across the web 2.0. 2) More web 2.0 sites to create the 20 properties instead of just two. I don't know how strong these web 2.0 properties will be for Penguin. Only time will tell. I do look forward to trying Leith's new service that uses unique web 2.0 articles.

Usually, we wil scrape articles related to your keyword and spin them accordingly. Now, as well as doing this, we will write 1 300 words unique, copyscape passed article and also spin this too. Hopefully this will add more quality to the service.

I had to do something as I don't like to keep customers/clients unhappy. As much as I want to make this service 100% unique with unique articles, that is simply impossible and the profit margin is very low if I do have unique articles on every property. That is why I will now write 1x 300 word, unique, copyscape passed article, ALONG with other spun articles on the properties. This should ultimately add a bit more power to the properties.

Hello, well, here are all the changes we have made to our service to keep customers happy.
1) We had A LOT of complaints about the article quality and how it was not spun to a good level. We have now ditched a certain program we use and now we have switched it with a much better, and more commonly used spinner. This spinner should spin to a good level making all articles different, and unique. So first of all, we will begin by scraping a few articles under your keyword and then we spin these to use on the properties. To add more power, I will also write a 300 word article which is unique and copyscape passed (from a fluent English speaker too) and we will use this too on the properties. This should fix all the problems people were having with article quality.
2) We always use images and videos to make each post look natural and we have a 100% stick rate. Never, in our experience were properties deleted or removed due to spam. We do clean work and it pays of when your properties stick for years. We use images related to your keyword and also a few videos we use from Youtube. We carefully pick videos that don't have reference to competitors sites.
3) We can now accept tons more keywords. For example, if you ordered Package 3, you can give me 10-15 keywords and we will also throw in random generic keywords such as "Read more" and "click here".
4) We can accept dripped work. For example, if you want 50 properties dripped over 10 days - WE CAN DO THIS - NO EXTRA COST. This avoids you building too many links quickly and it keeps you safe from getting hit by any updates.
5) Your Scrapebox blasts and other tier 2 blasts are always blasted with tons of keywords, and we always use generic keywords. We never focus on one keyword alone as this is what Penguin is all about - to rank more keywords, and not just focus heavily on one.
6) All rankings are monitored by me personally with Micrositemasters, allowing me to help you at a much higher quality as I can see how your rankings performed over the course of the time.
7) If requested, we can also give out log in credentials of the properties should you want to add any more content / or change any keywords later on.
