This service has been tested on new websites without any issues. But I would advice you do not go with anything bigger than Package 4 if your website is brand new.

Just got my report. The web2.0 properties are beautiful and greatly exceeded my expectations. The work was also completed very quickly. No increase in serps yet but it's too soon to tell as these were just put up. Would recommend this service to others.
