Future runner. My apologies for not replying on Skype, I don't generally monitor Skype. I will pm you my personal email which I am contactable on all the waking day.
Regarding support in general though, I did try to make it clear that support requests/ updates should be made via our support system - eliteseo.zendesk.com - submit a ticket there and the whole team gets an email notification.
And obviously there's the PM system here - you may have noticed I'm on bhw FAR to much and I check my inbox probably 10 times per day minimum.
Regarding the actual update, I'll get back to you in 10 minutes.

I didn't really wanted to take this to public, but you give me no other choises. Fake promises? What fake promises buddy? Please explain this. 7 of our team members was hospitalized because of food poiton from the food we get from the local store. Doubt about results? You know aswell as me what happened to your site, how can this EVER be my problem?
