Sorry i know some basic PHP but this is to complicated for me, how ever if look for a tool like that you could go to

and that chooce gallery to blog, you can ad the Free Hosted galleries from your sponsor and it will build a RSS feed for you.

What i did was to use this tool with a rewriter tool to pin out 20 versions of one blogpost and ad extra content to the postings, that is the way i use to build my porn blog farms like this old blog
