How long does it take until you receive an answer to support tickets?
What download/upload speeds do you get?

Nickk offers Skype support or online chat (via his website) and he's all online all the time. He even responded to some questions I had at 4 am (his time), the guy never sleeps. He responds quickly and handles any support issues right away. I've dealt with hundreds of service providers over the years and he is in my top 10!

As far as speed, no issues... here are the results using 'DSL Reports' Speed Test:

Download: 82372 Kbps
Upload: 67216 Kbps

I have the Hyper VPS 1,000 Mpbs. He offers a 1 hour trial so I suggest you take advantage of that and test for yourself.

I've been with Nickk for several months and I've never had an issue with downtime and I log in every day.
