OK, here is my review after 1 hour trial:

Remote Speed: Not so great since it's kind of slow, maybe it's because I'm in U.S (8/10)

Download Rate: I have nothing to say, it's so great. And as nickk's picture, it's download 17-24MB/secs. However, if you're downloading files from mediafire, it's only 1MB/sec (10/10)
Prices: Nothing to complain, so low (10/10)

Computer Speed: Well, my plan is $29.99 (bought it off with discount so it's only $23.99). I would say that this speed is great for most of software such as Scrapebox, Ultimatedemon, SENuke X(cr) and more. However, don't run them at the same time though, get a new one which is stronger for running them at the same time (10/10)

Transfer Speed: Transferring files from my computer to the VPS is kind of slow due to the my connection, I guess? The VPS's IP is located in Netherlands, and I'm in US. So that may be the problem (8/10)

I've just bought it off already. So I'm continuing my works

Regarding remote speed as you told it is depending also from your local Internet speed, and same for download speed.
I always ask to download from reliable servers as ms in order to find server speed.

Server can always download more than 20mb per sec but if server you download from can "provide" only with 1mb per sec at ha moment then you will get as download speed 1mb

Usually the speed is much more than 100Mbps, but we prefer to say that we offer GUARANTEED 100Mbps

CPU Speed : Well, I have $29.9/month package but this is more than enough for Scrapebox + My own softwares there - |10/10|

Download Speed : This is the most important part for me.... UltraVPS surpassed all my expectations, I couldn't not to post it here http://i.imgur.com/JkORv.jpgand it's not the limit, I used to download files with 200-250MB/Seconds.... I use hostamus too, they have great connection but this is far greater ! (No worries hostamus, you are great!) |11/10|

Support : well, I have him on skype and I get all the answers in seconds, Nick is very helpful ... 24/7 support, I doubt that you ever sleep mate In other words, UltraVPS has a great support!

Conclusion : I highly recommend it to every single person, I've just started and I'm 100% satisfied, tried Scrapebox, working great + Internet Connection helps it a lot, lol ....
