Software has a real issue with crashing and then not being able to start up again until PC restarts. I've lost thousands of keywords SO MANY times because the program just crashes when trying to export 1000+ keywords into a report with no error or anything, just crashes... than try to re-launch but you can't because there's a ghost process of UNF running under processes which I can't seem to kill (and I've tried with third party software as well). EXTREMELY frustrating when it happens because I just spent like 20 minutes filtering a list of keywords and boom the software crashed, lost all data and my time...

Yup, same issue... program is frozen upon launch... server error when trying to authenticate license. Any idea when it'll be back Hango?

Do I need a brand new Adwords account? If so what's the fastest way to create one?

Yes. Just create a Gmail/YouTube account then go to adwords.google.com to activate Adwords. During account registration, please choose the currency you want CPC to be in.

Very Important: Your Adwords account must be US-based. When creating the account, please choose United States as country and a US timezone. You must also:

1)Set your Number Format to United States
2)Set your Display language to English (United States)

Why is it necessary to create a new adwords account? Can't I just use my existing account as Display language and Number format can be edited in the account preferences?

You can try it and see if it works. There may have been updates since the FAQ was written.
