Shoot. Ok, I spoke too soon. I'm trying to get in touch with developer right now. It's 5 AM where he's at, so it might be about 3 - 4 hours before I get in touch with him.

Getting "fatal error" call to a member function bindparam() on a non-object"... hopefully its resolved soon.

Yeah. I've sent the screenshot to my developer. It's very strange because some people updated and everything seemed to work. I wonder if it's related to people using VPS (I'm using VPS so I can't check it on Windows).

Alright everyone, we're good to go. A table in the DB broke and we repaired it. Sorry about that.

Hi,
I'm a customer and I was just wondering where I could find documentation or videos on how to use the product?

no paypal subscription for this service?

levic,

You can pay with paypal, but I don't have it automated yet. Stripe is a little more secure and has a cleaner UI. My conversions have gone up quite a bit since I started using it (but that's an aside).

This is what we can do. PM me your e-mail. I'll sign you up for the 30 day trial, and send you the PayPal info so you can pay before your trial ends.

I don't have any, but AndreGarde.com has some videos from a while back.

All,

As many know or can tell by the thread, we've been running into a lot of issues with our data pull from GKP. We are taking a look at other solutions for tying into GKP in a more stable way or other services. I'll be working with the developer and looking at other data feeds that will offer more consistent service.

If anyone has any ideas, I'm more than willing to listen. I'll be away for the weekend on a pre-planned vacation. My developer is watching the support tickets and taking a look at the current issue. I want to make sure I'm transparent with you all, given the support you've given over the past couple years.

Thanks.

The bottom line is that I'm running a deficit trying to support UNF, and I may not be able to maintain it financially. I'll let everyone know the decision by next week.

Well that's a tough position to be in, no doubt. Your efforts to keep the product going are to be applauded for sure.

For what it's worth, I would ABSOLUTELY be willing to pay a monthly fee if the software works. Personally the only thing I"m interested in is the automation of expanding all the keywords. Getting as many kwds as possible is my purpose. Everything else is meaningless for me.

Hope it works out. Thanks.

Thanks. We recently switched over to a subscription payment model to help curb the costs. We're going to keep working on a more stable way to keep it going.

Thanks!

I'm getting "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor." Any fix or is the server just down?

I'm also getting the cannot be started error. The actual error listed is: The deployment identity does not match the subscription.

Do those who already own the software have to subscribe?

Also was there a website run by you guys which had a shed load of search data on? I think membership was included with the purchase of UNF? If so can you shoot me a URL please.

Thanks

Any progress being made on the "show only closely related keywords" option? It is still not working for me. I've tried on different computers with different OS and different google accounts.

Thanks.

My deployment identity still does not match the subscription :s. I really want to use UNF. It seems like some people can use it - whats the fix?

saw phrase match mentioned on your home page, but I can't find it anywhere in the program.
