No, Clyde doesn't run the software any more. Easiest way is through my support link in the signature block.

Is anyone else having problems opening the Google Keywords Tool today?
The software is logging in, but times out when trying to open the tool.

It's not just you, I keep getting "Timed out" whenever I try and expand a keyword or try and fetch search data. Everything was fine until today

Hello:

For what it's worth, I can login to Google Adwords and export the keywords into an Excel file.
After importing the Excel file into UNF, the program can still analyze the competition via Google.

My developer is looking into the problem. He's about 12 hours ahead of me, so he will either have resolution or an ETA for resolution in the next 10-12 hours. I will get back to everyone once I understand what the issue is and how we'll be able to fix it.

My adwords account is set up correctly (i think)
but it doesnt login (either at expanding keywords or on the settings tab)
Also ive seen an error when trying to login on the settings tab "error in connection to googleads.g.doubleclick.net:443 - SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length"

Is there a current problem with the software or is it my account?

edit: NVM. The reason it wasnt working is that googleads.g.doubleclick.net was blocked in the PC's hosts file.

I'm not seeing a lot of complaints for other users. Regardless, my dev is publishing another version. We can see if it fixes your problem.
