Hi I tried to update after not using in a couple of months. Got an error, something to do with deathbycaptcha.dll in the error log.

I then uninstalled, redownloaded, and when I try to install I get the following:

"Cannot retrieve application. Authentication error."

Any ideas?

Here are some instructions from our FAQ. If it doesn't work, PM me and we can figure it out.

1) Go to your control panel
2) Open Internet Options
3) Go to the Connections tab
4) Click the LAN Settings button
5) Uncheck the option labelled "Use a proxy server for your LAN"
6) Click OK
Alternatively:
1) Load up Internet Explorer (not Firefox/Opera/Chrome or any other browser)
2) Go to Tools -> Internet Options
3) Go to the Connections tab

*Please also make sure you have no antivirus/firewall blocking the software from accessing the internet.

Who ever has "Can't get download link" problem,in UNF even though if English language is already preselected(select English again) do it again and try.If it hangs up on first try do it second time it should work(worked for me on second change to English).

I haven't used ultimate niche finder in several month. I have a lifetime license.
And when I'm trying to use it I'm having some problems now.
It says "can't get download link" when I'm trying to expand keywords, and it also doesn't sow the "Avg Monthly" for the keywords I just expanded.

Why is that?

Hello everyone,

The uNiches login issue has been fixed. Please use the same login that you were directed to use before. I pointed the URL to a new server about 24 hours ago. If the DNS hasn't updated in your area, then you may still have problems. Give it another 24 hours and try again. If you are still having problems with the uNiches login, PM me.

Loaded it up today and I get "Can't get download link" when I do "Fetch Search Data".

We don't know why, but, in most cases, when users do a complete uninstall and then reload the software, the "can't get download link" goes away. Please try that. If you continue to get problems, send me a PM and we can work through it together.
