It has to be because your Google is not in English, if you have a Google account please set your location to United States.

Also, after you clicked, please give it some time to load.

Question...does the OCI determine how much you will earn from adsense per click with the particular keyword?

Not exactly but OCI is commercial intent so it usually correlates to more people clicking on your ads.

and how come the level of difficulty in UNF is different when I looked up on Google KW Tool? in UNF it says the difficulty level is very easy but when I looked it up on Google KW Tool it says high

The level of difficulty in Google KW Tool is for PPC/Adwords advertisers, the difficulty level in UNF is for doing SEO (ranking on Google).

Hope that answers your questions.

Hi deadster,

what is good number for OCI?

That's entirely up to you and what you want to do, if you're trying to sell something, higher is better.

Low OCI means the traffic are not interesting in buying stuff.

and how does UNF analyzes the level of difficulty?

It does it by analyzing the Top 3 ranking sites with more emphasize on the #1 ranking site.

Let me know if you have further questions.

I think I just encountered a bug.
I just loaded up a project I created about a month ago, and all the negative keywords that I have are now added as keywords

I've noticed another problem. Whenever I check domains for a decent amount of keywords, the process is really quick at first but slows down later and barely proceeds. Then if I stop and start again, it repeats the previous thing.
It gets stuck at the "1 tasks left" part.

Is the software not going to be updated anymore?

The domain checker is so slow it's barely usable. Even with 30 proxies it checks one domain at a time. It'd be faster if I manually checked them by copy pasting them on who.is

Thanks for reporting the bug. We'll look into it.

We've added the delay in there so that we don't get banned by our new data provider, the only advantage to using our built-in domain checker is you can have 1000's of keywords loaded and let it run in the background as opposed to copy/paste 500 keywords at a time with any web-based bulk checker.

Nevertheless, we're working in the background to update this tool back to its old domain checking speed.

Thanks for your feedback.

Hi Clyde

Just sent you an email, just brought a new machine and tried to install but your system is saying that I have it installed on two machines anyway. I only know one license being used?

Anyway, can you free it up?

Anyway, can you hit me up when you're online as the tools very much part of my SEO arsenal so feeling like my right arms been cut off

Just did. :)

Clyde,

Due to all the positive threads on here, I have purchased your software UNF! So far, it looks nice. But I am having a problem. When I enter 1 KW and expand, I get all the fields filled out like the "global monthly searches", local, cpc, etc. And everything here works well...

However, when I add KW's from a list of keywords via TXT files, that information is missing (global searches). The problem is that Google Keywords Tool does NOT provide enough relevant keywords for my niche, and I needed to use another program to generate highly relevant keywords. Those are the words I am loading in via TXT import, and would like to check the competition & global search volume for.

I also need to check the global monthly volume for the imported keywords. How can I complete all the fields in the table when importing from a TXT file rather than entering 1 KW at a time? The imported keywords are missing the global searches data!!

I hope there is a workaround as I really require this feature!! Please help...

Thank you for the quick email back! The "fetch data" option did the trick!

Clyde. This is a great program. It will be really helpful if you can put a more in-depth tutorial on how to use it. Like actually use it to find a good keyword. I already figured it out but it took some time. Now that I have I noticed that it was so easy the whole time.

Bought it after reading through this thread! Clyde you are doing a great job representin'
Says FAQ & user guide, i dont really see a user guide. But I guess all the tooltips and common sense will be enough haha :P

Does the timezone thing matter that much for my Adwords account? I didnt change it to US time and it seems to be working fine... Cheers

Thanks for the suggestion!

There's actually 2-3 more tutorial videos by affiliates available on YouTube if you search for "Ultimate Niche Finder".

Hi, clyde please check your pm.

Thanks

Replied to your PM awhile back.

Hello Clyde.

Question: When are you going to implement the view details that explains how you where able to come up with the Analyze Competition Matrix? Are you still basing the Seo Comp. Matrix on PR, links, title tags, SeoMoz Page Authoritiy and SeoMoz Domain Authority?

You wrote this on Post #816 of this thread (on 6-26-2012):
"I'll implement a view details functionality so you can look at the exact formula we use."

Also other members voiced similar concerns: Post #814 from GreatDon and Post #815 from Undead Circus and now mine.

This would be a BIG PLUS! I need this to verify the difficulty color settings that your software provides. Other similar kw tools out there do this already, can you do this?

Thanks
