I just wanted to pop in, yet again, and say that this software has already done very well for me I'm already seeing traffic and already made some conversions on some CPA offers.

Tomorrow I'll be spending some more time with this software building it even bigger.

Using 1 private proxy per account, spacing out the thumbs up and they still get removed almost instantly, unless your aware of this and working on a fix i'd like a refund, the only feature i bought it for is not working.

This program does many things... I am going to buy it because I am in no rush for the commenting feature. The developer is responsive and working hard to fix the issue.

I don't need the commenting feature, so it's a non-issue for me that that's not working well right now.

The stuff I do use though, is working great. Plus, as mentioned before, the developer is really quite responsive.

Well this does make comments for sure. I only put one Account and 1 video ID and it made a comment fine. I used no proxy for this. In fact the owner of the channel commented right back to my yt account. Also this is a pva yt account made by a member here if that helps also.
I even scraped the ID for this vid. SO that works to.

Eh, considering a refund to be honest, if that's allowed... it's really frustrating that the main thing I bought it for (the commenting/thumbsing up) is not working... What's the news on this, will you be fixing it? Thanks

Well I have voted my own comments from multiple accounts? I have made multiple comments with multiple accounts at the same time. I honestly am not sure why people are saying it doesn't work correctly? So far it has been fine. I am not spamming heavily, like I said I just have used it with a couple accounts and the same time.

Also when I comment I only used 1 comment for each run I do. I don't even know if this supports spinning or how to use multiple comments yet.\

Just occured to me this could be a proxy issue.... Becuase I haven't used 1 yet.

I've asked for a refund too since that is the only feature i have a use for, no reply from him yet he must be busy.

I have had trouble getting proxies to initialize. Logged out so I could log back in, and now I'm getting a failed to verify license error message. When I go to get updates I get: the remote name could not be resolved: 'softwareimaketinguniverse.com'

Hopefully this is temporary, I think maybe their site is down, (hopefully doing updates) and that's why it's not able to verify my license.... OP any word on what's going on?

If you have an unresolved concern, please email our customer support. I had problems logging onto BHW the last 2 days. Seems like they don't like my IP/ISP address.

Again, if something is not working for you, send us an email. We like to keep tabs of everything for each and every customer. We like to ensure everyone is using YTG effectively. We cannot resolve it if we don't know about it. It is very hard to resolve your concerns by PM's or in this thread as you can imagine, we have over 500 + customers since the launch of YTG.

Again, If you want us to resolve your problems with YTG, send us an email.

We're coming up with FAQ's, a better ticket system, etc. as promised.

The account creators are still in beta mode. Please report any bugs by sending us an email.

From now on, we will only monitor sales questions in this thread.

Be rest assured YTG is being constantly worked on. Me not being here does not mean YTG is not being updated. It's just that there is much workload on our hands that it's hard to keep track of everyone's concern through a single forum thread.

We are here to stay. Thank you for your kind understanding.
