Ok here's an update:
I used Serpinator nuke package for one keyword. The keyword is on a blog with it in a title of a post. The keyword has 1,900 exact global searches/month. In quotes it has Search About 2,000,000 results.

The blog is aged at least 5 years.

I was originally on page 6 with this keyword and post.
Now Its on page 1 in position 1 on giggle.
in yahoo and bing its not any where but a different post with the same keyword in the title is on page 3.

I did no other promotions or content since at least 6 months.

keyword1 - before: 14, after: 10 (479 million results)
keyword2 - before: 20, after: 11 (793000 results)
keyword3 - before: 12, after: 5 (487000 results)
