I do not mind, but it is different than what you communicate in this thread.. Just a quick tip, keep your customers informed, they wont mind as long as you inform them they feel appreciated, however radiosilence does not work (for me).

Hey mate... Your order is underway, and since it's a large order, it will take a little longer than expected. In terms with communication, everyone who's dropped an email/skype message/PM has been informed about an expected TAT.

You will receive your first set of articles that are underway tomorrow evening. Since you wanted to cross check if they meet your requirements, the next set would be delivered after receiving your feedback.

Current TAT's have shot up with a decent number of orders outstanding. No false promises, I guess the earliest I can deliver will be 7-10 business days. Not earlier.
