Tried out the 10 premium proxy package but unfortunately, every single one of them is banned in Yelp. I emailed them about it and then they replied (after 2-3 days) that I should try again to see if it will work this time. They noted that if it failed again, they will then give me the premium proxies.

After reading that line, I was shocked because it meant I got low quality proxies while paying for the premium ones. So far, so bad.

Sorry about the issue. IP ban is beyond anyones scope as if a subnet gets banned, even if its a private IP, it will be banned. We have already replaced the proxies for you and also extended your subscription by a week. Please note you can request IP refresh anytime incase of blocks.

Not sure whats going on but customer service has been lacking severely the past few days.

I've contacted support via opening tickets in the admin panel, I've left two voicemails, I've talked to live chat support and all they could do is send it over to the admin. I've PM'd clfox about it twice (still no response)

I renewed my account for a second month, I've got a positive balance in there and no access to my proxies. There are no proxies listed in the back end, and I can't even login via the main site because it says my email address isn't recognized anymore (there is no account), but I can log in with my username to the control panel.

Can someone get back to me please! Its been days and no reply and no proxies for the past 5 days. Everything was working great until I renewed.

Can you get the issue sorted asap! Will you add extra days to this month to make up for lost time that I've paid for already?

Previous customer support was very speedy and resolved issues quickly, I got a call back within 24 hrs. Overall I'm still satisfied with the service/product, they were always good with updates and notifications up until recently. I'm trying to get back to running my ad campaigns and there has been no response to either of my support tickets, either of my voicemails, or any of my PM's for 5 days now.

Just an update, I did finally get a call back from customer service and they are currently resolving my issue and they assured me my proxies will be back up asap and they will add extra days on to my usage this month for the days missed.
