For the benefit of anybody reading this thread.

At long last, luhasr finally replied to me in a PM regarding the dubious screenshots from "geoffreyroody" and "outlooker".

See posts #10305 #10314 and #10334.

However, luhasr didn't address any of my concerns regarding the legitimacy of the screenshots and has essentially said it's up to those two to reply on how they have achieved such high figures from his two-page micro niche website package.

In layman's terms, luhasr doesn't appear to know whether those screenshots are genuine, but still uses them as the foundation of his sales pitch.

Here's hoping that "geoffreyroody" and "outlooker" offer some clarity on how they achieve such high figures, though, since they haven't replied for weeks or even months, I'm not banking on any intellectual reply anytime soon.

In the meantime, perhaps it would be a reasonable request that the seller (luhasr) doesn't use those screenshots since they can't be verified as genuine, that's unless of course he has evidence to say otherwise.

Thanks for reading.

honestly, you are being ridiculous. Nobody is going to spoon feed you on exactly how to rank a site. There is no single way to do it. I've spent hours and hours reading posts here to get educated on how to do it. You need to do the homework, too.

Here is my site's performance. We setup the site on Nov 7th. I let it sit for a few weeks before I started doing anything with it. Started adding content and back links in the past week or two. It will be at least another month before I see anything going up.

Thanks for your reply.

I would say it's sensible not ridiculous to question dubious AdSense screenshots where two "buyers" are claiming to be making up to $75 per day from what is essentially a very basic two-page micro niche website package. Also add the fact that nonpersonal information, such as the page views and page RPM have been blanked out, which essentially means nobody can verify their authenticity, that makes them even more suspect, yet they are being used as the foundation of the sellers sales pitch.

As previously stated those two "buyers" have been asked by other users to provide some basic information, such as site numbers, whether they did hundreds of hours of SEO or added fresh contents, yet they never reply.

Again, I don't know why you've blanked so much nonpersonal information on "your" AdSense screenshot, but current earnings are less than three dollars per month, which means you'll be in the red (first-year anyway), and that's not even taking domain and web hosting costs into consideration. You've also stated that you've added content yourself recently, and essentially means you've created your own website and the figures can't be based on the original $35 two-page site you bought, which may be worthless.

First of all, Why the hell i respond to you? Don't i have any other work? If you are interested in buying, just buy don't hijack others thread. @I know SEO you should probably check this guy and ban, I read his post and all are targeting the seller.

Find some fiverr guy to invest.

I earn money from this service, And i spend sometime and posted my revenue SC here for the seller not for anyone else.

Now luhasr requested me through mail and asked me to give some support, So that's the reason i am here.

I've PM'd @geoffreyroody to try and verify the earnings he has made so we can put this issue to bed.

I will report back soon.

Can we please try and keep the thread clean. It's important we get honest reviews on the forum, but there is a right and wrong way to go about reporting false reviews.

For other people out there who suspect foul play, please use the report button.

Hello, I am interested in buying one or three. Can you PM me the samples please? When buying can I just provide you with a WordPress account of the website?

First of all, I've been completely civilised and have asked perfectly sensible questions regarding the legitimacy of AdSense screenshots posted by yourself and another "buyer". The main reason being the screenshots are being used as the foundation of the seller sales pitch, while other buyers are struggling to scrape a few cents per week.

Why would you respond to me? Well, is not just me, but other users are more than interested in how you have managed to achieve such a healthy daily figure from what is essentially a basic two-page website package. No, I don't want to know your complete life story, but basic information such as number of sites, how much SEO you've done, and whether you've added additional contents, and so on. It would also be nice to see a completely clean, non-censored AdSense screenshot, not one that blurs out nonsensitive details.

Asking sensible questions isn't hijacking as you suggest. Instead, it's called common sense, especially when something doesn't look right. Also add the fact that you post "your revenue" for the seller and are clearly instructing/hoping the moderators ban me ASAP strongly indicates you are linked to the seller. Maybe I'm right. Maybe I'm wrong. I also find it odd that you reply within hours when the "seller" contacts you, yet you didn't have time to post any answers to curious buyers weeks or months ago.

Either way, anybody who uses this forum is entitled to ask questions if they believe something untoward is going on. And there's no reason for any "customer" to get aggressive and evasive towards others.

I hope the mods take note of that.

Thanks for reading.

Absolutely, which is why I have stepped in and tried to tidy the issue up.

@geoffreyroody has shown me the site, while its certainly had extra work put into it after being delivered the earnings check out. He's hitting 70,000 sessions a month, the site has 12,000+ indexed pages and SEMRush is showing fantastic rankings also. I have little doubt that the site is earning what the buyer is claiming at all.

However, I also doubt that this is how the seller delivered it. It looks like it's had substantial work put into it and there is nothing wrong with that.

If you're expecting to buy a site for $$ and make $$$ a day with it you're living in a dream world. All the buyers of these sites will have to add more content and work on SEO at least... This is no different to what @geoffreyroody has done in my eyes.

The earnings are genuine. Hopefully that puts the issue to rest @FogontheTyne?

Please leave the seller to sell, they passed the mod review, I see no evidence of fake reviews and they appear to be doing a great job.

Dear Mr. Mod once again the point seems to be missed.
1. The OP was selling the MNS site. The sales pitch talks about EMD's blah blah
2. Refer to the latest posting by luhasr and he doesn't sell the domain or hosting, just a keyword and 2 articles. This is where the issue lies.

I'm sure the people here who have pointed out the discrepancies are talking about this.

The original mod who approved this post had a product that involved a domain/hosting/some content/MNS keywords. if Luhasr was selling this as is, there would be no issue. However, he has twisted this into selling just keywords and two articles.

I hope you see what i'm referring to here and kindly address the same. Is it ok to have one service being given to the mod/initial buyers and then changing the service and selling it to the rest?

Hello,

You can still click on the sales post and order a $49 website which includes everything stated there.

I'm guessing those $34 websites were for those people wanting to provide their own domain name who may already have web hosting.

I cannot see the issue, if you think I have missed the point please PM me.

Thanks

I blanked out info that I wish to keep personal & doesn't need to be posted to make a point. Happy to prove it to a mod.

You don't understand how any of this works. You are not being sold a complete website that is going to earn you a ton of money the first day its up. No claims are being made to suggest that. That's not how websites work. That's not how google works. 3 pages and 2 articles gets you started. You have to keep adding content for your site to be relevant, this is a given for any website out there.

What I paid $30 for was a keyword and to setup Wordpress with a theme, plugins, a logo, and 2 articles. It will take sometime to make it back. I don't expect my backlinks to start really kicking in for another month. And even then I only expect a small bump in traffic. I should really start seeing results in 2-4 months. This is normal.

People don't comeback to threads to argue their earnings with people that have no grasp on any of this becuase its a waste of time & there are better things to do. I really should be doing
more stuff for my sites instead of trying to explain how the internet works. Just wanted to support Lunasr because I am happy with the keyword and website he built for me. His service saved me a couple hours of work doing it myself and it was worh the money.

Thank you for your reply.

However, I'm not entirely sure what "geoffreyroody" has actually shown you. The seller (luhasr) sells a micro niche website package that consists of either two articles at $34.5, or a five article site at $53.

If "geoffreyroody" has one or more websites with 12,000+ indexed pages, then he or she has spent anywhere between $150,000 and 200,000+ dollars (even with discounts) on luhasr services. Posting a 70+ dollar per day AdSense screenshots clearly doesn't reflect honest earnings, especially when they don't state that they have spent insane amounts of money to achieve it.

If "geoffreyroody" has added thousands of new articles and pages without the assistance of luhasr, then those AdSense screenshots have virtually no connection to the original service that was bought.

I don't think there's many people under the impression that luhasr micro niche package will make you megamoney, but as I suspected the screenshots are clearly not being used in an honest or legitimate manner by the seller, or the two users who posted them.

I really appreciate your reply but it's essential that both the seller and any buyers clearly state their earnings are based on X amount websites or X amount of money spent, etc.

Thank you.

Hello,

I don't believe I showed any doubt towards your AdSense earnings screenshot considering the figures were realistic. I only questioned why you (and others) would blank out certain information which was nonpersonal.

As already explained by the moderator "geoffreyroody" has a huge 12,000+ page website or number of them which is enabling him or her to achieve up to 70+ dollars per day. However, considering the cost could be upwards of 200,000+ dollars its probably not an investment most people would make.

Well i recenty bought the $34.50 site, design was okay. Nothin special or amazing about it. Infact the design is boring. Did not get told when the site was ready and did not get told that the site i will be recieving will nit be accepted onto adsense because it not got enough content. I recieved a crappy SEO pdf with generic content that can be found online anywere. Overall i paid for a microniche site. Thats all i got nothin else. No extensive report on what to do with the site once i get it to make the money he boasts we will all make.

Would i buy more sites from this guy, NO, annoyed i paid a donkey $30 to do something i could have done for $10.

If you are looking to get on of his sites brace yourself for the bare minimum from this seller. He also does not serm to respond to people querying him about inconsistencies with what he is advertising and what his customers actualy recieve. He will continue to repost old adsense payment images and lie so be carefull dont make the mistake i did.

Almost the same experience here. END.

Hello

The original site from @geoffreyroody came from the seller, he's proven this. He added me to his Google Analytics, verified the traffic and earnings from there.

SEMRush shows the site ranking for 9000 keywords, using majestic I can't see any sort of link package which has been used either.

In my opinion the seller provided a great niche, a few pages to get the site going and then the buyer expanded the site himself with a very simple and effective idea which I will not be exposing.

The site is real, it came from this seller and he did some work to it himself.

Issue solved, stop pretending this is a problem. The review is genuine in my eyes.

@FogontheTyne Stop commenting on the thread, if you are not a buyer I will infract you each time you post here from here on in. I have taken 2 hours of my time to look into the issue you raised and told you that you're wrong and explained why... Drop it. If you think I have missed something feel free to PM me.

@luhasr if you actually responded to these questions yourself I would not have to step in like this, please stop ignoring people and letting issues build up like this.

Thanks

You could have easily answered the issue raised here:

I am not going to protect you or any other seller when you can solve the issue yourself. If you find yourself facing awkward questions then I would reassess what you are doing with your service and change what you do to fix these issues instead of reporting every user asking for them to be banned.

Honestly this is getting very tedious.
