Review time.

My order got completed yesterday (or so I suspect, I didn't get an email stating that, but all the content seems there). Took between 4-6 working days to get completed (the WP theme was up earlier). The theme is pretty nice, I like the colour scheme. If you can code (and have WP knowledge) you can do some pretty funky stuff with this theme.

The keyword I received was top-notch, pretty high CPC and it has a high potential for getting Amazon sales as well. He did a lot of the work with setting things up (adsense plugin, SEO plugin and all the basic stuff) which is pretty nice. I did have to go over all the content though as there were quite a few spelling mistakes here and there (few typos in my main keyword in links & images). Overall it's good, nothing to complain about.
