Everything is completed with my first 1 site purchase.

Initial review:
luhasr sent sample site as requested. I made a purchase for one site, and made a request for an EDM in a broad niche of one of my interests. luhasr confirmed receipt of payment and said he'd try to find a good paying keyword within the niche I requested, but did not promise he could fulfill this. But he was able to find one that I am very interested in and very satisfied with! I purchased the EDM that he suggested, installed wordpress, and sent him the login info for the site. Within a day he already had the theme installed. Only thing that was missing was the two articles.

The two article took a few days, but I was in no hurry. Once he was finished with the site, he emailed me to let me know it was complete, and asked if I had any issues with the site. I reviewed it, corrected a few minor grammatical issues, and reworded one or two sentences to help target a few more keywords and help the flow some. The way the articles were worded really was fine, personal preference for the changes that I made. I asked about changing the adscense code. He asked for my publisher id and changes it for me. Afterwards, he sent me his SEO sheet for backlinking structure.

Overall I am very pleased with the site and this transaction. the keyword has 1300 exact local searches with an average EPC of $1.29. Given the niche, I have found roughly 30 more topics for articles to build around this base site and expand in the future. I got my first click today, totaling $0.98. Not much money, but I haven't done anything for the site besides install wordpress and communicate with luhasr.

Very pleased with this service and will be purchasing again in the future.
