I just thought I'd leave my comments after buying a site..

Reading through the thread, you mostly see sample requests rather than actual feedback, as that was something I was looking for before buying.

Overall, great job, money well spent, easy and trouble free process.

I placed the order, I was sent a few emd options, I picked one, registered it and set up a basic WP installation, then handed over the login info and sat back.

Checking the keyword via google, the search volume, CPC and competition are all advertised.

I've now got a nice little WP site, decent theme, essential plugins including adsense, all-in-one seo and sitemaps etc - also privacy and contact pages.

The articles are on-niche, good length and content quality, images too.

checking google - the site is indexed and already ranking well for the keyword.

I've hardly lifted a finger, nice!

what's even nicer - the keyword/niche is way off from my normal niches, so quite refreshing and educational in a way to wander into new areas.

It just needs a bit of promotion and a little more content added over time - as any other site does.

I received my keyword in less than 24 hours, which is great, I am now waiting for the site, but just about 5 days have passed so it is normal, I guess he is waiting for the articles. I see there are not many reviews so I will write one and I will make it good. I will include many things as what was the advertiser competition of my keyword, exact match etc. I will write about the quality of the articles, on page seo factors as h1, meta descriptions, using the keyword in italics, bold, underline etc.
