Here is my latest revenue from Adsense:
So far I made around $23,000 only from Micro Niche Websites. I started my Adsense journey when I purchased my first Adsense site in April 2013. I never made any big money online before. The purchase was made with lot of hesitation. Luckily it worked.
My first website quickly jumped to top 10 positions in a few weeks time with some automated submissions, which gave me some confidence to stay in IM. I started learning SEO from then on. Thanks to luhasr's Advice, BHW SEO forums and Alex Becker's Source Wave. SEO is the key to success with niche websites. You cannot bring PPC or Social Media traffic for these sites. It will take few weeks to rank a website but the waiting is worth it.
What worked for me in 2013?
Article Submission to top article directories (Unique Content) - Tier 1
Web 2.0 Submissions (Spun Content) - Tier 1
1000's of automated links for Tier 1 links.
80% Partial Match Anchor Text
What is working recently?
Private Blog Network. I started with few service providers in BHW and WF that are providing PBN. Once I know whats working in PBN, I started building my own high PR network. This works for low-mid competitive niches.
IMHO, all websites can be ranked as long as you have low bounce rate. For content websites, 40% - 60% bounce rate seems to be a decent BR. Got 80% bounce rate?, you have to do something to reduce it. PBN is definitely not a long term SEO strategy. But it works as of now and it will work for few more years. Only if Google drops backlinks from their ranking factor, this will fail.
My suggestion to success: Do research, find the right strategy that works for many. Stick to that one strategy. You may fail initially but when you experiment more around that one strategy, eventually you'll win. Don't jump from one strategy to other without trying all around the first.
