Hey John, quick question. I know you guys automatically add generic anchor text and naked links. Can you tell me what % of them are the money keywords? I just recovered from an over optimization penalty and would like to keep my exact match keywords very low (10%) but still have a good link velocity.

Right now we are at around 50%. The data is showing that most sites over 50% have made it mostly unscathed. I have seen many exceptions, but the data doesn't lie. It makes sense really.

i didn't catch you when you were on Skype. but i post my question here anyway as I cannot answer any pm as of yet. suppose i try your service with about 50% of the keywords I have with 7878 (only because they are extremely competitive keywords), would your service help to bring the rankings faster to the first page? or not because his strategy and services are exactly the same as yours?
