Thanks to send me a report or screen image for my old keywords. All my recent problems with you service start from changing to 7 new keywords. The report you sent me proves me again that you didn't change the keywords at all.
I am trying to make a complaint here. In fact I do like your service and I want to be a good customer but CAN YOU PLEASE CHANGE MY KEYWORDS TO 7 NEW ONES?
I just hope you understand my frustration. 10 keywords for 199$ is a great deal for me but if I will have to pay 199$ every months to the same 10 keywords over and over again even though they are No.1 or No.2 already then it will be too expensive.
I made request to you on Jan 31 and today is Feb 23. You are still promoting for my old keywords. Please change it.

Keywords were changed on February 1, we just did not update them in the rank reports because of the current issue we are having. I sent you an updated rank report with your new keywords. Sorry for the confusion.

Well in honesty those are some pretty weak gains.
I'm hoping that those keywords are super competitive like "dog training" or something?

Sounds like a troll haha...every other review shows AMAZING results! I am currently building a few new sites and will use this service! Sounds like A+ service and results which is RARE is the SEO world!

Not trolling, I am actually considering using this service.
It's odd that after 1 month his rankings are pretty weak especially compared to other people who get at least second page rankings or in some cases first page. So I was assuming he must have super competitive keywords.

I wrote about this above. Not every site reacts the same. There are so many variables that come into play with search engines. Competition is a big one, but it also depends on age, has the site been optimized, is the on page good, is the term indexed etc... Really there is no rhyme or reason to it sometimes, because I some clients that get very nice pushes in the first 30 days and some take upwards to 60 days to see it. I know it can be frustrating for some clients to see this, and trust me it is just as frustrating to me. But it's Google's world, we are all just living in it
