I found a similar service was offering almost the same thing and I had to give my two sense about it - sorry if I offended the owners about what I had said. Anyways...
The most impressive part of this service isn't the price for the amount of links, it's the ability to submit spun descriptions - the brilliance in auto-submission, for anything.
I'm going to be using this service.
Rule #1: Because you need to use the same anchor text (title), don't spin or submit multiple titles, you need as many of the same anchor text links (Which is the Title in this service) as possible to rank high for the keyword.
Rule #2: You must fully spin, and I mean fully spin the description so when Google finds these links, they're truly surrounded by unique content. Or else it fails, it's that simple. Do-follow links pointing to your site with the same surrounding text will be discredited by Google - no link juice - no increase in SERP.
This will take some practice, but is key to success!
Spun Description Example (Just one sentence (Two in one actually, you could do 3 or more), you'll probably need two for your full description)):
{Find|Discover|Locate|Shop|Explore|Browse} the {best|greatest|cheapest|most awesome|biggest|most impressive} {deals|prices|discounts|bargains|sale|selection|variety} {on|for|in terms of|regarding to|pertaining to} {dog|puppy|doggy|animal} {supplies|goods|products|items|stuff|accessories|toys}.|{Best|Number one|Huge|Sweet|Amazing|Lovely|Wonderful} {discounts|prices|bargains} on {stuff|items|products|toys|things} {your|every} {dog|puppy|doggy|animal} {needs|wants|should have|would like to have|can appreciate|will love|will benefit from}.}}}}}}}}}}}}
Their submission tool is randomly going to pick on of the two spun sentences I created, to be used as the first sentence - Brilliance, creating uniqueness around all individual submissions - Google credits all.
Added info after edit:
Also, using this submission service once per month is valuable. You don't need to use it every day or week. However, every month will be valuable. Why? Google spider crawls the site, finds your link, after 3 or 4 weeks, Google knows your link is still there, however, it's fallen into the deeper pages. After 3 or 4 weeks, Google realizes that "no one else" is "talking about" your site anymore on the site it originally find your link on. Every 4 weeks, re-submit the same link (Title) by ordering another submission with the same link. Now Google knows "people" are still "talking" about your site and keeps the full link juice coming from the same site for the same keyword.
I've been doing this for 6 years, sitting in front of my computer making huge money from ranking high in Google for keywords that profit my business. I may be a "newbie" by far on this site, but not on the Internet. Trust my words...
