Mark, you can definitely do that but you will need to click the Proxy Type button on the main window and select 'Anonymous proxies only', and also open the Configure -> Country Filtering settings and check the box for United States.

I am sure I am using the same settings as before.
I checked your support section and help manual but couldn't find any suggestions.

W130SN, I haven't heard of any similar reports - are you sure that your host box didn't restart the machine or kill PM for some reason (high memory/CPU usage, etc.)?

I just donwload a free trial and get proxies use this programs, problems is all of proxies are bad proxies according to facebook sniper when I have check the list there. Anyone can help me to use this programs properly?

I have no idea how FB Sniper checks the proxies, but they probably at least need to be checked against the FB website.

Click Configure -> HTTP Proxy Testing and check the box to "Check against specific URL". Configure it for https://facebook.com and set the content to look for to "Facebook" (no quotes).
 
Can you please add a feature to limit a total number of scraped proxies (not per URL)?

Cause when it comes to a list of over 100,000 proxies my VPS begins to hang.

Hi Zavarzin, I believe that option already exists! Click Configure and select the General section. Check the box that says 'Limit proxy list size to' and enter 100000. :)
 
Just started using this software and it seems to be doing everything it should..Only problem is it cannot seem to find any working proxies..Also does doing a proxy search with a direct connection have any major repercussions?

Dazekid, if you use Avast, please disable it or whitelist our proxy checkign website http://the-proxy-list.com since it interferes with the program. No, there are no repercussions of doing a proxy search with a direct connection.
 
Yeah, just confirming from my own experience, Avast, perhaps any antivirus system, can cause a speed bump or two with proxy scraping! I now do a temp disable whenever I scrap.... :detective

Think i answered my own question. Downloaded the trial and found the scrapebox test.

I m also gsa user,vpn or private proxy are good point for seo,just sometimes public proxy would help,api would be a good choice for adding instead of copy and paste each time!
Btw,proxy multipy is good!
 
Woah, we're buried! To the top! A couple updates came out in the last week:

- Dead proxies will now be properly recorded in the URL manager. Previously, under specific configuration scenarios, proxies weren't properly being logged as dead.
- Exporting URLs as a .CSV from the Proxy Booster Add-On works properly again.
- The update process is now "hands free"; it will not interfere with your batch scripts you run with PM as the updater will properly pass the update args into the new updated version.
