How I can setup this:

the programs to harvest 100 working proxies, anonymous and to upload them evry 10 minutes to a file on a ftp
GSA will use that file.

I need fresh proxies very often because we know that proxies don't last too long so I need new veriefied proxies every 10 minutes

Hello unikbit. Click the 'Proxy Type' button on main window, then click 'Anonymous proxies'. It's the 3rd or 4th item from the top. Then enable automation (Configure -> Automation), and FTP upload (Configure -> Automation -> FTP Upload).

Hi,

You are having the DNS problem again, which renders PM unable to start -- didn't you say this was already fixed after last month's one-week DNS down time?

Jerry

Hi Jerry, DNS looks fine for me; here is a screenshot of a DNS checking website: http://s23.postimg.org/abmgn3ml7/DNS_Check.png

Can you please try running 'cmd' (press WINDOWS KEY+R, type cmd) and entering 'nslookup jrimsoftware.com'

Hmm, I am not sure why you guys are having issues; what ISP do you use? Can you please try running 'cmd' (press WINDOWS KEY+R, type cmd) and entering 'nslookup jrimsoftware.com'

Hey greenleaf, we do advertise a 2 business day response time on our website contact form and Easter just passed, so please don't think we are purposely skipping your emails! Your concerns have been addressed! :)

DNS request timed out. can't find jrimsoftware : Server failed Sometimes i can access the software, sometimes not.

Very strange! It seems to be an isolated issue between you and the other gentleman/woman on the forum though as I have received no email support requests or PMs with similar issues. I would strongly recommend calling your internet service provider (ISP) to verify that your DNS settings are OK and that they are not having DNS issues.

I just wanna add that Jrim has had great costumer service with me.

Thanks, adam! Customer service is TOP priority. Without customers, we would have nothing. :D

I just download the trial version and I am happy but I have one question.. I just make the process automate but I don't want the slow and very slow proxy I just need High and Medium proxy so is there any option for that ?

Thanks

I own traffic travis and I am trying to create a proxy list that allow google search results. I downloaded the software and it found thousands of proxies but none of them work with google. Is there something I am doing wrong or is this a pipe dream that this tool will find good google proxies?

Hi WayneInc, thanks for evaluating Proxy Multiply! Click the "Proxy Type" button on the main window and select the "Medium or better button" at the very bottom of the list that pops up. You can also select for anonymity (high, anonymous, etc) in the same list. :)

Google Proxies become more rare by the day but the key is to find websites that have them and then leech from those websites. There ARE still public Google proxies out there. The easiest way to facilitate this is by using the Proxy Booster add-on, which automatically adds URLs containing working proxies to your URL list and removes URLs that do not produce proxies. Click the green gear that says Add-Ons on the main window for more information. Beyond that, please note that you DO NOT need anonymous or high anonymous proxies to use for Google scraping. Transparent proxies work fine and will still cloak your IP from being banned by Google.

I am testing the free trial of Proxy Multiply, but I am experiencing problems.

Since I need the google-enabled proxies, I have checked the boxes "check proxies for google ability" and "automatically delete non-google-enabled proxies". I also specified to get the limit of 4500 proxies and timeout set to be 15 sec. It quickly finds the 4500 proxies, but slowly but surely all these proxies are deleted which I think is because of not being google-enabled. I have tried a few times, and same results happened every time. Let me know if there is any setting I should tweak, or if it is the problem with the program itself.

Edit: just saw the previous posts and it seems to be the problems experienced by the program itself, is there a way to test these add-ons during the free trial? It looks to me this program might work for a way, then once too many people using the same sites they will quickly become exhausted. Not sure if I would spend the money while there is no guarantee of how long it will last.

Hi Guyser, thank you for taking the time to evaluate Proxy Multiply! I would strongly recommend disabling your limit of 4,500 proxies. You are severely restricting the amount of proxies you can find by doing that. 45,000 is perhaps a limit to consider, but expecting to scrape any old 4,500 proxies and find large numbers of working proxies is unrealistic. Try disabling the limit entirely and seeing if that resolves your issues. Google enabled proxies are the rarest form of all, so you shouldn't expect more than ~100 working verified Google proxies from a 100,000 or so size list (the default scrape list will yield about 100k if you also have the option "Configure->General->When crawling a website, also crawl links on that page" enabled). You can expedite proxy testing by disabling SOCKS proxy testing if it is enabled, and by increasing your number of threads (Configure->General).

There is no trial period of Add-Ons available. We offer no guarantee of proxies, but we have many satisfied customers. They tend to post here every couple weeks or so. ;) The key thing to remember is that Proxy Multiply doesn't just leech from lists of proxies in text files - it consults numerous dynamic, constantly updated websites that provide working proxies. Furthermore, it then searches Google/meta-search-engines using your proxy list as a search basis to find more proxies.

I tried disabling the limits, and no, it still doesn't work. It seems the more number of users are using the Proxy Multiply, the more likely this will happen.

As another user was just told at a different forum, you also should not be eliminating transparent/anonymous proxies for Google use in Scrapebox. Transparent+anonymous proxies work just fine for Google scraping purposes. Furthermore, you have to be patient and allow the program to test the entire proxy list that you scrape. If you pull a list of 75,000 proxies, let PM test ~20,000 and get irritated when you don't have enough working proxies, then you have not let the tool do its job. I can't tell your usage patterns based on your posts, but many users request support that have usage patterns close to what I described.

same for me, so I dont use this tool anymore, even if it seems interesting, don't have time to relaunch it over and over again to get 1 or 2 proxies working

Wow! When I open Proxy Multiply, I'm receiving working proxies within seconds. I would lean toward a configuration error on your end. I am also under the impression that you might only be looking for Google proxies. If you're only relying on Proxy Multiply for Google scraping purposes, then you have to realize this is not a 'Google proxy scraper', it is a HTTP+SOCKS scraper. If you want it to work solely as a Google proxy scraper, then you need to custom tailor it to your needs by taking the initiative to go find Google proxy sources (websites that post Google proxies), or using the Proxy Booster Add-On to automatically catalog websites.
