The theme of my review was not only service but the way he handles the people /complaint / and everything else .

Also Its not about gamble ,its about paying for a bet and not getting the ticket for the bet . When you pay for a lottery ticket you at least get the ticket . Here you keep on trying to find even if numbers were ever included in the draw .

As I said I can only assume he is over sold and thats why he is failing to provide service . Or Since the blogs he is using have got OBL so high that even spam is failing .

Haven't you seen the skype messages where he tells without even looking into record , yes blast is started .

Haven't you seen how many people are saying customer service sucks .

Why did I have to go to paypal to get my money back . ? He is selling blackhat seo link not drug that he has to behave like that with buyers

You got result , Good Luck . Also a very simple count how many people are happy and unhappy , you will have an answer .

Also its good you pointed for people that its a

GAMBLE OF $$$$ .

Also I note you ordered 2.5 months ago , check the review now which again shows the above for OBL (may be)

I've ordered about 10 of these, my last order was 2.5 months ago. My one site that didn't get great results turned into a PR5. I'll pay $300 for a PR5 any day. For those questioning, here are my results, that have stuck for well over two months.
1. 90k exacts - med/hard competitin - from #20 to #6, currently #8 I haven't sent a link to it since.
2. 110k exacts - hard competition - #20 to #4 - currently #3, no more links created.
3. 160k exacts - hard competition - #13 to #1 - currenlty #1, no more links created.
4. 160k exacts - some hard comp - #222 to #6 - currently #8, no more links created
5. 650k exacts - hard competition - No where to #6 - currently #9, no more links.
6. 110k exacts - med/hard comp - no where to #20 - currenlty around #20, no links
7. 27k exacts - hard competition - no where to #40, not great results, but it moved five other keywords I was targeted that each have 90k+ searches up 200+ spots to the #40 range.
8. 165k exacts - hard competition - no where to #5 - currently #2 behind an impossible to move wiki page. Plus several other high rankings. This is my new baby, it's getting about 3000 visitors a day of targeted traffic, and am turning it into a new business. I just hope it continues to stick.

If you're going to post screenshots of the chat, please post the whole thing , not just portions that will suit your argument. I asked you for your order email and site none of which showed up in the wufoo form - so thus I assumed something went wrong and it wasn't blasted. After which - I checked the actual order blast queue and of course the order was there - but you submitted the order via a .COM site whereas in all communication you kept referencing a .CO.UK site . I then explained you to that we already started the blast on the .com site and to do the 301 like you planned - and then you started saying you don't have access to the site anymore etc , so I offered you a refund, not sure what else you want.

You never once mentioned using the .co.uk (you just asked about it) nor did you ever say to use it (your quotes are in the screenshots), you only said to use it *after* I told you that we started the blast to the .com a while ago. Yes there was confusion in the order due to that, however I also offered to blast both sites - which you refused and kept asking for a refund which I gave you.

I'm not going to defend this service to people using wrong 301s, people using fake pr sites, people who ask every hour if my order has started. As mentioned in the first post - this service isn't for everyone. If you want a service where you pay $300 and expect a guaranteed #1 ranking within 3 days then please don't waste your time or money. If you're not happy with that then don't order - it's that simple. As "terrible" as our customer service supposedly is - we have a skype group with 200 active people where I am constantly available and I have never not responded to anyone via pm or skype. Rather, I've given multiple people free blasts and such.

You gave me another blast free of charge about a week ago after my initial purchase on the 22nd December.

No real improvements.

Before I started this 4 weeks ago I was sitting in position 7 of 8 for some time. Since using this service I'm bouncing off and on Page 1.

Currenty I'm sitting in position 9.

You said that you thought a second blast would definitely help. It hasnt, so can you please explain what I should do now?

The second blast takes the same amount of time to fully complete as the first - so please give it the 2 weeks.

I was just about to order however I've since seen a recent negative review with screenshots.

When I used SGW last November it was awesome. Now, I don't know anymore.

Anyway, I've just found out that bookmarking also do wonders so I'll stick with it for a while and maybe I'll check this out sometime later.
 
Hi White Dolphin, I remain optimistic about the quality and power of your service but I think concensus seems to be you need to pick up your game on the Customer Service. 15 mins a day spent responding to people's questions is all it would take and I think an email or PM to every customer reporting you've finished the job is the basic minimum.

I've spent more than $1000 dollars with you in the last month and have very little communication... Surely you must see that, for the long term viability of your business, it might be worthwhile to offer a bit more customer contact?

My service did not work at all.
Rank 211 went to 1000+ due to SGW.
My PR6 domain became a PR2 domain.
whitedolphin says it's our fault - why ?
He also said he will refund me.
If he does not refund, I am forced to issue a dispute.

First of all seowebmaster2010 according to section 5 of the rules "In order to use links or images in your signature, you must be a "Donor."

And you know what you were getting yourself into when placing an order. The title says "spam" so you can not expect a miracle. And there are no guarantees as listed in the beginning of the thread.

I hired you a very long time ago and you did a terrible job seo wise and bombed my site to the 3rd page when it was already on the first page. So I feel that you have no knowledge of what true seo is and you are just looking to blame the provider over your lack of seo knowledge.

Now My Review

I paid for whitedolphin's service at least a dozen times. He ranked an edu site that was dead to the world and I have an adult landing page and he raised that baby to the first page within two weeks. Since then I have ordered from him to work on almost a dozen new sites. Each site has raised in the serps and really helped with more traffic.

Before buying this service just realize you are taking a risk and you can run the risk of nothing happening at all or your site hits the top.

I decided to rank tons of my micro sites and each one of them did not have a problem at all going to the top of the first page. Since I research my niches in detail all my competition is usually medium difficulty keywords and whitedolphin's service manages to rank them all.

Whitedolphin's service is an A+ and thus far has always helped my sites in a very positive way = $.
 
Four weeks on no change in my Serps. This does not 'Turn Google Upside Down'

Lifts it's dress and goes 'Cooo-eeee!' but flip it on the horizontal, no way.
