Foreign language sites are not a problem customers have had great results with sites in French, Polish, German and Finnish to name a few.

Supernova will certainly get your site indexed quickly. However depending on your site, niche and competition there could be a sandbox risk. The massive link diversity of the package will help prevent this but as you know the sandbox is not an exact science. We could arrange to spread your links over a longer period of time than usual also.
