Im interested, but what is the exact local search volume going to be like for these keywords? Also what about the CPC?

I don't usually look for local search volume. Global traffic is fine when it comes to Adsense. I usually target keywords with at least 2000 exact search count (global) and an average CPC of $1 (sometimes SLIGHTLY less).

So I've decided to give a bit of an initial review of BK071's service. I was lucky enough to snag a discounted copy and I will definitely say this, things have gone pretty smooth. This review is for the basic completed package, without yet having a chance to rank/monetize; I'll come back in a few weeks time for a more in-depth review.
Keywords: 10/10
At first I thought the keyword/domain was a bit odd, I definitely felt more confident once I read over the notes that were given to me. This is a very well researched keyword that you would not find in many other places. The amount of detail in the report is great and gives you a clear idea of what is possible with each domain/keyword.
Communication: 10/10
Pure and simple, Bk071 is great to talk to and is always polite with me and thorough whenever I had asked any questions. He went above and beyond the call of duty with me. The support is great and he is usually available on Skype for discussion or advice.
As part of my review order, I received a free linkpushing push and was unsure how to set it up properly. Bk071 took the time to do it for me, so I'll be able to do it in the future. (first time to use linkpushing)
Articles: 10/10
The articles are closely themed and targeted. Each of them are high quality and arrived in a timely manner. Do not expect articles to be rushed the next day. They are average length articles and have a nice keyword density.
Wordpress Setup: 10/10
Everything is done for you and set up. He followed up on things like adsense and had everything set up for me, even though I would have been able to handle that bit A good set of plugins were added which definitely work well together (they are close to the types of plugins I use myself, plus a few others which I've added myself).
Overall So Far: 10/10
Though the backlinking has not been done yet (I will come back in a few weeks time for a more indepth review with everything like monetization/backlinks/traffic/etc), I already have seen some nice movement without anything actually being done.
This truly shows how great 10 high quality and well themed articles can be. I have a few keywords ranked in top 40 (broad) for google, a few top 15 in Yahoo, and even #4 in Bing (EMD Keyword).
Currently, I am quite satisfied with the website. I mean, everything is pretty much done for me. If the backlinking is done nicely and I start seeing some nice money from this, I'll gladly order a nice assortment of these
