TAT (Turn Around Time) for reports is 30 days. You should start seeing some results within the first 2 weeks, though sometimes it will take longer depending on your niche & keywords.

It took so long :( , I have waited for days and got 1 respond from supporter , then I almost reply instantly to ticket and still waiting until now for new respond but nothing update after another 20 hours , avantage paygate took all my scanned documents and told that they will respond to me asap in business day , but it has been since Saturday and today I haven't heard anything from them :confused: ...it's really confused .

You need to be patient, we are working on updating a lot of orders that we have taken in over the holiday season.

Typically we will respond to you in 24 hours or less.

After I sent all documents required for verification , I haven't heard any respond from them , so I just tried to send another email to their support team and got an answer that they will return money to my credit card.
Hmm will try to order later again with paypal , it's bad :(

Your order was suspected to be fraud. So I would suggest that you use a real form of a payment like a CC/debit or different forum of payment then you used the first time.

Please refrain from continuously bumping our BST.
