International offers are always difficult to come by and those that do exist have extremely low payouts. Try looking at websites like offervault that aggregate offers from various different networks and see if you find anything there. From larger networks vCommission is one that has a lot of international (and Asian) offers.
With that said, unless you get a lot of international traffic I would suggest you to re-plan your traffic generation methods and concentrate on those that would bring you US/UK traffic as even if you find any good international offers the payout is going to be a lot lower, meaning that each international visitor is worth only a fraction of what a US/UK visitor is worth.
