I tried to purchase Sunday but was directed to a $97 payment. The clickbank payment said $67 but when I put in my zip and country and pressed enter the price jumped to $97. Oh well guess I will have to wait till next time. Damn It!!!!....I really wanted this.

I'm afraid the promo ended on the 23rd like announced.

Secondly, I am from India. Can I still make money from CPA offers if I have Indian traffic. Which networks provides good Indian offers so that I can apply and join.

This has been a question of debate for as long as content locking has been around.
On one hand, Googlebot has no JavaScript support and as such, won't see the content locker. Based on this we can reasonably assume that having one up won't hurt your rankings either. On the other hand there have been people claiming that they have seen movements in rankings after putting a content locker up.

Personally, I wouldn't worry a whole lot but as a precaution I would avoid sticking the locker up to the front page, but put it on content pages deeper inside the site instead. This is what we're doing with some of our sites and our rankings have remained strong for quite some time.

Monetizing Indian traffic can be somewhat a challenge indeed but there are offers out there that can be used. I would suggest you to look towards vCommission - they are the biggest CPA network specialising on the South Asian market.

Sure, this shouldn't be an issue as CLP works on any site as long as you can add custom JavaScript snippets to it.

Iframe slicing - sure, that shouldn't be a problem. It may require a bit of work though but we have a very helpful community so you're likely to find setting your locker up a breeze
