I'm not in a position to say what Google will or will not do - wish I was!
The only thing I would be hesitant to use any sort of rewritten, spun, or any duplicate content on for that matter is with Adsense.
If you're planning on monetizing through G then I would keep the with hand written content.
The Adsense TOS seem to be strictly enforced.
Other than that I have never heard of any issues. There are high Pagerank/SERP ranking sites using the content.

This tool and content is successfully used on sites monetizing with adsense all the time.

I have had users email or PM me saying they have seen higher earnings when they started using this content.
I was even told by a few people that their adsense income doubled. These were just users monetizing with Adsense.

As with any tool it is more important how you use it....

I was speaking of using mostly "duplicate content" on Adsense sites and
what I was thinking and didn't clearly mention is that it may not be a great idea to always use 100% scraped and rewritten content.
A negative result may never happen, however I feel more risky using content in that way.

note:I am not an adsense expert. But it's known that they can be strict.

Once you click rewrite a "help page" pops up to explain that the content will read and look the exact same. Did you read that?
You should be able to log back in and see the "help page" unless checked the box to never show that page again.

Also if you click "Help" at the top the user guide explains how to rewrite and why the content reads and looks the same.
And, in the program on the settings tab the "?" help buttons explain how the content works and how it looks and reads the same.

If you'll add the rewritten articles you have rewritten with ARW and view your source code of your page/website and look at the article text you will see that the content has been rewritten.

Correct, there are 3 different rewrite methods all described on the settings tab.

#1 - readable content directly after rewriting
#2 and #3 - non-readable content directly after rewriting (garbled text like #30405 blah blah)
But I can assure you the blah blah blah text will magically read perfectly after added to your website and viewed (looked at with a browser).

Lol ok thanks. I used up all my demos to troubleshoot it, but I guess there was no problem with it. So I'm saving up now to buy it...so far away though lol

2) I've worked with a few similar software before, not all of them do "what it says on the tin". Is there moneyback guarantee in case it doesn't work as required?

You would want to be careful with the batch spinner tab because 1 batch rewrite of 15 or more articles would use the full demo.
It's nothing for the batch rewrite tab to rewrite 1,000s of articles!

Also, could you cooment on this:

For now this has to be done manually. Basically specific keywords can be protected using find/replace
with a tool like notepad or the free bonus program with Article Rewriter Wizard; Article Modify.

I thought on page 1 it says software allow to set up list of protected terms which don't get encoded - what is this manual procedure all about?? Sounds confusing. Could you comment on this please?

Google will index the obfuscated code exactly as it is produced by the tool and published by the site owner. I'm not sure how that is considered "SEO Friendly" but it does make for good marketing. I've never seen anyone search Google using extended ascii code. A great tool to fool humans but not a good tool to fool search engines - JMHO.
