Prior to felixgoh's service, my website was pushed into a negative ranking in the SERPs. After a week of using the service, my website is out of its negative ranking, and moved from page 3-7 to page 1, between position 3-7 for the keywords I wanted.

Haven't tested it on brand new sites yet so I don't really recommend for now. You are better off doing some social bookmarks and press releases for a brand new site at the start.
Probably after 1 month later, then start hitting em with some blog posts on a daily basis.
