For the video sites - You will get to see the script in action + a few videos.

For Wordpress - you will get a sample database.

How will you create the video site? Warez or nulled scripts ?

Just to let you know - I am not using any kind of warez or nulled script. The site will be built based on the free http://clip-bucket.com or PHPmotion script.
