Hey guys I was wondering: would your VPS class permit about 1tb worth of a bandwidth a month (I know it says unlimitted but i've come to find out that that's often not true as arvixe is hounding me about usage). The site is my own and my friends flash animations (original stuff only) and the site is growing quite a bit in terms of traffic so i'm looking around as i've been very disappointed in arvixes service.

France, they are not managed however I do help with certain things. Most of the time it's just installing a FTP server or figuring out why their SEO software won't start (usually down to not having one of their requirements installed like .net framework 4.0)
