About outage
2 fiber connections running out of the data centre where cut. This is effecting around 70% of our customer base. They are working to get it resolved ASAP. I have no exact time when it will be working again, I have been told possibly within 6 hours however they said it could be as late as tomorrow morning (18 hours from now)
As compensation, please open a support ticket on my website asking to have your services extended for 7 days

Can i use them for e-mail marketing if i purchase additional IPs?
If so how many IPs can i purchase? What's the limit of outboun mail per IP?
Any chance i can get rotating IP setup?
Willing to pay additional money if you can.

My server was activated few minutes after payment, so I don't wait for it long.
I recommend hostamus, because of wise and friendly support. And their servers are really fast.

Try rebooting it in client area
under "My services" > "View details" button next to your VPS > "Management Actions" select hard reboot

We have 2 VPS's with Hostamus and have to say they are BY FAR the best. The connection speed is insane, always tests well over 500MB up and down. We were able to double our production by switching to Hostamus. If you need a serious VPS then look no further.
