Same here. I am waiting for last 6-7 hours as well. He said it will be back online in an hour, but that was 6 hours back. Too bad, I cant find a reliable VPS provider.

Hi,

I am sorry about this I know there is a problem and I am working on fixing it. You are not the only one having this problem, a few of my servers are not responding.

There is a network problem and I have tried fixing it however I think its a fault with the data center. I have emailed them asking for help but they are closed right now. I don't know how long it will take but I will continue on working to fix it. But don't worry, your data is safe.

Really sorry about this and If you want a partial refund I understand, please let me know and I will give you it.

I expect it will take anywhere from 8-36 hours to get the problem resolved

Might be an idea to use dropbox when services are backup. Pretty handy for syncing reports between a few computers/servers. That way you always have a backup.
