Thanks for your suggestion, though we are already working on it and hiring more staff since Monday. Need to train them and all, so it some time. I know its not normal ETA and trying to sort it out ASAP.

It is your choice that you want to use how many accounts on 1 IP. Everyone has different view regarding this. Can't recommend any proxies provider. Using 1 or 2 IDs per proxy is reasonable and safe. (IMO)

It is mentioned on website (always up-to-date ETA/TAT) You can see there before placing order. Currently its at 3-5 business days. Though, we are working on it to move the ETA/TAT back to normal.
