I would like to start buying Youtube accounts, as I am really tired of creating them by hand using SIM cards. I would be using 10 accounts per week tops, as I do not spam YT with my projects.

I would like to ask you the following, I do not use proxies, just a reset from my ADSL router, so I need to know if these accounts are going to be safe using them always from the same country. It could be even better if you can provide the accounts created from Argentina.

Yes, if you are using from same country. They can work but you'll have to go through "verify your identity" once. As accounts are created using US number and US IP therefore, when country/geo location is changed, YT asks to verify your identity once. Which you can do by using the details we have provided in our delivery report.

So using your report I will be able to re-verify them again? but how could I do that if I won't use any mobile for the verification, nor services such as pinger or textus?. Please excuse the question, I just want to make sure that I will be able to use the accounts properly in my specific situation.

I haven't said that you'll be able to re-verify by phone code.
I have said you'll be able to verify your identity by simply entering the phone number where YT asks to enter mobile number. You'll just paste the mobile number in that box and click on "Save and Continue" that's all. No code verification is required.
