I'm in the UK and would be using them from unique UK IPs. Will they last as long as no TOS is broken?

Well, I don't think its a better idea to use UK IP and verify the account with USA number. About using them outside USA, well may be they work or they'll ask for security check but if you use USA Private Proxies, I am sure they'll perfectly work for you even if you are on Mars (Internet is required there, of course) lol
