So, first thing is that you need to improve your English I think or if you can't then please ask anyone else to let you understand, what actually is written in email. I have clearly said that no refund or replacement "after our mentioned guarantee period". Which clearly means that we offer refund and replacement "withiin" mentioned guarantee period. (even after that in special cases)
You had reached me within guarantee period, then I think you shall have shown some patience by not mentioning the very last words in your email (which I have highlighted above).

Well, the reason for sharing all this, here on BHW is that, if you don't like to read email attentively or you don't give any importance to that as well as if you don't know how to speak with a service provider (who is not your slave or you haven't paid to buy the service provider, but just for the services he is offering) then please don't place order!

hello i have a bad experience with Vebexpert for the last 2 weeks .. so i got 100 accts from him and after 1 week more than 80% of the accts were deleted .. i talked to him to replace and he said NO. The thing was that i had a custom order 100 male with no picture from USA and i got 20 accts from canada and some accts with picture.. i didn't say nothing but now all the accts are gone !!! Also the way he crated the accts was wrong .. All the time it was asking me for phone verification and when i put the phone i got the email that the phone number was a different one . Though, I would say that YT can sometime get angry on us but it doesn't mean that our service has gone bad. That bad patch goes away in couple of days and then everything gets back to normal again.

I have one question. Yesterday, my 2 week old accounts (all of them, 6) got terminated, probabily because I've created them with AOL. Altough I cleared all the cookies and all the data with CCleaner, that wasn't enough I think. Are those accounts safe? What kind of IP's did you use when you create them? proxy or real? I want to know this because I don't want to invest again like 50-100$ in retention views and lose them after a week or two.
