Looks like you have used first account and after that nothing worked. Are you using them from same IP? Are you clearing Cookies/Flash Cookies?

Secondly, you should have sent your complaint via email as well, because our email response is quite faster than responding here and if you'll see our response with delay (here at this thread), may be you'll start saying something else as well though we have already offered you 72 hours guarantee.
