If these methods really do work for these guys, then why wouldn't they just create their own niche sites everyday and benefit from the added profits. Wouldn't be that hard to put adsense, cpa, clickbank links on each of those pages. That as well as the fact he hasn't even put a sample site after countless people asking for one.

As for the sample requests, you may have missed the fact that samples are sent via PM and not posted in the thread, or also missed the fact that it is noted in the thread when a sample has been sent. i paid for my site on March 16th..its now the 4th of April.

Can you just give me a time it will be done ?
I've been more then patient I'm just anxious to get my new site and start promoting it.
