Yes the price is the same whether the domain is new or old, if you have a site that already has content, we will add 11 posts and 4 pages as promised, but we will NOT MESS WITH YOUR EXISTING content.
Our service builds sites we don't optimize existing stuff.
We do the same process on every site so it does not really save any money if a site already has some content and plugins on it.
If you have any issues or questions I am always available through PM or skype.
