Question: Am I able to use a free WP account or should I use a seperate account like Hostgator?

Just want to make sure I get it correct the first time.

Also, I don't know how to up-load WP it to hostgator, will you do that for me if needed?

Don't use a free WP account. Use your own hosting and install wordpress.. you don't want your site to be yoursite.wordpress.com and you dont want to spend money on a Niche Panda site and then have wordpress own it.

We can install WP for you we have a place on our intake form where you can provide hosting details.

just install WP on the domain and we will make a site
