I don't know what your answers are, but they don't answer my questions.

I know There are lots of other niche site services, and the competition for your order is insane...
BUT:
with a Niche Panda site, you can be assured of only high quality content, nothing but the best customer support, and a 15 page site loaded with all the stuff that Google loves.
You also get 2 images per post, a custom site logo as the header, a favicon, and an "author" in the sidebar.
All these things together help the site look more like a "real blog" and less like the MFA crap our competitors are shoveling out.
most other services simply give you a few pages of garbage content targeting a sorry little KW that is not even worth your time.
For best results:

Regarding EMDs.... RELAX! You can get a domain that is not the EMD and have great success..my personal favorite is to have the keyword in the domain FIRST followed by the word BLOG. Works like a charm.

Well, my site is done (at least i think, didn't get any email saying it's done )
I must admit, the work done is absolutely great, top quality.
The articles are as good as flawless, the seo is also done properly.
These sites will even pass a manual adsense review from a reviewer who didn't get laid for 3 years.
As for ranking, i can't say anything about that, because my site is not the typical "find a random kw, slap some stuff on an EMD and rank first page" material, even though i gave him a fairly general and annoying subject to write about, the content is still alot better than i even expected.
All in all: 5 stars from me.

there is actually an offer out now that would fit your site perfectly. I think Max Bounty has it.. at least they did a month or so ago. I have a site in a similar niche and I ran that offer for a while.
the whole "blog feel" of the sites really helps, as well as the headers, and the fact that we use images in the posts and are not using the CTR theme or "bluesense" LOL.. or god forbid the green and black theme from 2009 LOL.. I forget what its called.. and most MFA crap sites have 3 or 4 pages and no useful content.
I highly recommend you scale your site up as soon as you can afford it to include some related KWs and grab some more traffic. We have an upgrade called the panda feast
(it is way too cheap we are actually raising the price on it from $70 to $85 once we have time to change all our posts / websites)
which we post 10 more articles (we do the KW research if you like) over 10 weeks at one article a week. It will take a medium size site like yours and make it a "mini authority site" which makes it even more legit looking to Google, not to mention 10x the traffic (and of course you need to build some more links too, but you can order it and let the posts simmer for a while while you get $$ for the new links)

How to use Niche Panda to it's full power (tutorial #1)
Niche Research-
Choose a niche worth going after. Your site will have 11 posts (one 700 word, ten 500 word posts) targeting your Keyword. This makes your entire site extremely helpful to people searching for that KW and as a result, your site IS MORE RELEVANT than your competitors and Google likes that.
These are not shitty MFA sites so you can target harder keywords. Our example site is targeting a KW with 50k exact match US searches and is ranking between #7 and #4.
Make sure your KW has medium to high advertiser competition in the Google KW tool, even if you are not making an adsense monetized site.. this is a good barometer that your KW is WORTH MONEY.
Gauge the competition.. I use Traffic Travis because it saves me time, but if you don't have it, here is what I look for:
top 10 sites average PR is 5 or less
average PAGE LINKS on the top 10 sites is not over 1- 2k
Are there some sites in the top 10 that are there because google could not find anything better? That is to say... are they even targeting your keyword in the title and meta tags? 90 % of the niches I am in have at least 5-6 sites in the top 10 that have no business being there, this is a GREAT SIGN.
DOMAIN- Don't get hung up on exact match domains, it's not the end of the world if your emd is not available. It cracks me up that all these services are so based on EMDs.. if you only get sites with EMDs it LIMITS YOUR POSSIBILITIES so much. Get a domain that starts with your keyword and ends with the word blog. I do it all the time and it works. I even have some dash (hyphen) domains that are out ranking emd .coms. In fact I have a .info site in the education niche outranking the emd .com and I have 4k less links, LOL...
Get a .com with your KW and the word blog on the end, or the word source or something similar. EMDs are SOOOO over rated, don't be silly. Get the emd if you can, but dont ditch a good KW cuz its not available... OK NEXT...
Monetization-
Everyone loves adsense so we do a ton of adsense sites. The difference in our sites is that they DO NOT LOOK MFA. They look like professional blogs. Why you ask? All of our sites have a custom header which makes the site look branded. They all have an "author" in the sidebar which MFA sites tend not to have. Your site has 11 posts out the gate, which you SHOULD SCALE UP more on that later.. most MFA sites have 4-6 posts and NO images which is another thing we DO HAVE. Your site has 2 seod images per POST which MFA sites avoid. Your site WILL PASS A MANUAL REVIEW from adsense if it should ever happen (doubtful it will if you are not an idiot and doing dumb things like PTC sites and sending RON traffic from PPV networks or clicking on your own ads.. or getting 50% ctrs LOL.)
Amazon- Yes you can do amazon type monetization, we have some clients doing that, though most of them do adsense.
Clickbank products- Yes this is the second most popular site we make.
Cpa monetization- Yes you can do that, but when the offer goes down you have to chase it around.. I personally hate doing that.
A WORD ABOUT NON ADSENSE SITES THAT ARE CONVERSION BASED
-our content is really good content and it will help you rank like crazy. HOWEVER it is not written by frank kern and if you are relying on conversions to make you money I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you spend a few bucks and have a conversion specialist make you one CONVERSION PIECE and simply add that content on the top of your sticky page (so the seo content is still there to help ranking) but the conversion stuff is on top and thats what people will see and care about.
The exception here is amazon type product keywords. Our writers can do good reviews of products especially if your traffic is already searching for the product KWs the conversions should be really good. But when you are preselling click bank stuff etc.. get a full conversion piece done if you can or do one yourself if you have that skill.
Just being honest here, we make sites that are easy to rank, but our writers are not IM sales page specialists, so I want to be 100% transparent here.
Lastly, about scaling up:
