What is keyword minimum and maximum exact local searches range?

it is up to you really, but one of our example sites is targeting a KW with 49,000 exact monthly searches and is on page 1 (dances between #4-6 at the moment).

It depends on how much you want to work on links once your site is done. I personally have several sites targeting between 2900 and 20,000 exact monthly local US searches. If you use an easy KW with 2-3k exacts you will have very little work ahead of you to get to page one, but you still have to get some high quality links. If you have some experience and want to go for some big traffic, go for it.

The key thing to understand about our service is that you KNOW that your site's SEO is not going to hold you back, it will only help you. So as long as you are smart about links, you win. Simple.

What is that of Adwords competition?
no advertiser competiton, no money. I never waste my time on anything that does not have a ton of ads, neither should anyone else. Why be top of the serps for something that no one is getting paid for?
Especially if you are doing an adsense monetized site.

Minimum CPC? (perhaps you also consider a maximum)
I shoot for the sweet spot between 1-3$. We have a few customers that only hunt big game and go for the big $ cpc keywords though. You need to think that the competition is going to get a lot more difficult when you get up to 3-10$ cpcs. I use traffic travis personally to gauge the competition, and have had good luck with easy, fairly easy, and medium difficulty keywords.... they tend to be 1-3$ cpc keywords generally.

Do you do any checking concerning CTR?
We don't do any of the KW research, but CTR is highly subject to niche and traffic intent, and lastly, the layout of the site and the theme. There are so many things concerning CTR to consider, which is why it helps to get a decent cpc of 1-3$ so even if your ctr is relatively low, you are still making some $.

We use themes that perform well historically across many niches, but your KW and the intent of your traffic will also play a huge role. You can optimize CTR and you should always be testing different ad placements, and colors, etc.. that's the game with adsense.

We supply a clean layout, good content, and we even place "dummy" ads on your site in strategic locations. Linkblock above the content, in content ad at the top left of the content, adblock in the sidebar, and one at the bottom of your post.

It is up to you to test your placements and see what works best, but if you need technical help we are happy to help you place your ads and answer questions anytime.

What about SEO competition?
as I said before you can be as aggressive as you want, how many links do you want to build? Your site's SEO will be better than 95% of your competition, all you need to do is build high quality links and kick their ass. I have outranked amazon, cnet, as many others have as well.

SEO competition is important, but what I really look at is if the competition is REALLY targeting my KW (in title, etc) and what the average amount of PAGE LINKS for my page one competition, I also check for crazy high PR.. If all the sites on page one are super high pr, I may not bother targeting the KW, but avg pr of 4-5 and below its open season on their ass.

Sorry about the super long answer but those are all really good questions so I hope I have helped.

• Do you provide them yourself or it's up to us?

• If you supply the MNS's you build with images: Are they public domain/GNU licenced, or from some other legit source that we can track ourselves?

My interest in this is to receive some sort of record about every picture posted in my websites (nothing over-complicated; i.e. a list of flickr URLs), so to make sure that everything is OK with copyright, attributions, etc.

• On a related note: Have you noticed any damage on SERPs from using public domain/licenced images? I mean, though legit, this images are already indexed by g00gle when you pick them up for your website. Is this not considered duplicate content on big G's eyes?

We normally supply the images.

It sounds like in your case it would be best if you supply the images, we could talk about a little discount if that's the case.

I have not noticed any damage in the serps regarding images of any kind, either GNU licensed or otherwise. But in order to notice damage I would have to split test a site with images I took with a camera versus images I got from flickr or G images or whatever, both sites would have to target the same or almost exactly the same KW, and then I would have to build links to both sites that are the same or similar.

I just repeat what works for me and if a problem arises, I will perform a split test.

If you are concerned about image issues just get together a list of images you want to use on your site and send over a .zip with your order and we will post 2 images per post.
