Well here is my short story, I have many domains idle without doing anything, I saw this thread and got the opportunity. I told Johnny about a niche/keyword that has a lot of traffic but is mid-to-high competition. I was not sure to get this keyword to be done or not.
He gave me time to decide, after few days or a week don't remember I decided and went ahead with that. I really don't care to rank in one day or two. I know it will take time but needed a QUALITY website. And this was my opportunity to have one without doing anything else.

I have checked all the articles that was written in my new website and all are unique and very interesting. The articles are well optimized to my main keyword. +1

Very well optimized with a great On-site SEO. This can take a lot of my time to write all articles and optimized it. Even the niche that I choosed are not easy to write articles and they did very well! +1
Design
Johnny show me a similar design before ordering and I was pleased about it. It contains a simple logo, a favicon and pictures on the articles (As advertised). +1
I have other websites hitting the same niche and I can tell you from my experience that this site with low quality backlinks will be at page 1! But it will take time as everything. If I choose another low-competition keyword, it will be other story. With those type of site so well optimized is really easy to rank, not because only the well optimized but because of the QUALITY.
I recommend this service, because it really looks a professional website/blog. After the site is created what I will recommend is to make it bigger enough and you will stay at #1!
