Just wrote to paypal to dispute and get my last 2 months subscription refunded.. this guy is INSANE...
The last proxies arrived 15days late... and now my September payment has gone through.

I wrote this guy an email 3 days ago asking for the september proxies to be sent considering I'd only used 15 days' worth last month.

Guess what? No email, nada, zip...

Op... this guy should have his thread disabled... he's tarnishing the image of the forum!

How strange..
This guy responds fast to refund requests from Paypal than he does to legitimate customer service questions.
Fact that it's a saturday, and this guy responded to my paypal dispute, yet has not supplied proxies etc... just shows the character of the man.

Good riddance I say.. lesson learned.

I do send out all my proxies, and anyone who asks for a refund gets refunded. My site however, has been having problems for a while, so I have to send proxies through email. Someone hacked into my site and has been sending emails, thus my domain was banned from sending any emails. However, I do my best to send the proxies within the 2 days as promised. Anyone who gets them after that gets some extra days added on.
